From my family to yours I want to wish you a Merry Christmas! I know this holiday season looks different. I know you may not be able to visit with loved ones due to the pandemic. I know that you may be experiencing great loss. If there is one thing I know for sure is that this year has taught me to slow down and appreciate the small moments. Hold tight to those I love. It has taught me to really be engaged in conversations. It has taught me that change will happen and I don't always know when or why.
I want you to know you are not alone in your anxious feelings. Your feelings of grief, loss, anger, & more are felt. I want you to know its okay to really feel into those feelings. I also
want to encourage you to journal them out. What are you feeling during this holiday season?
How has 2020 affected you? What in 2020 can you leave behind? Really take the time to journal your responses out. When you are done, take a moment for some deep breaths. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose. Take all the time you need to journal and breathe.
